Usually, yes. We have inherited many jobs from designers who simply never got around to finishing the job they were hired to do. Sometimes we have to strip the web site down and rebuild it from scratch, but often, it's a small oversight which we can quickly fix. Fed up of waiting for your web designer to get around to your web site updates?

Call us! We turn around your updates in 48 hours! On rare occasions, especially if your update is a large one, it might take us a week to get it fully live, but we'll let you know if that's the case.

Do you offer a maintenance for updates?

At Web Lass, we do not take advantage of our customers. Many web design companies require that you pay a minimum 1 hour fee, even if they have only spent 5 minutes working on your site.

We are frequently asked if we offer maintenance plans on web sites, to which we are honest and respond that the overwhelming majority of sites do not need a monthly maintenance plan. Most sites just require small tweaks here and there, and a maintenance contract would put you, our clients, out of pocket. Most small updates can be completed quickly, and paying as you go is far more economical. Our rate for updates is just $75/hour, which is billed in 5 minute increments. Even better, we can have most updates, including newsletters, live within 48 hours.

Of course, there are exceptions. If you would like us to send out weekly newsletters to your mailing list, a maintenance plan is probably the better way to go, and we can certainly accommodate you. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
